I am trying to connect with IndiaBulls Dhani finance through phone number (0124-6165722) & email (service_dhani@indiabulls.com) since Jan,2021 but no there is no response.
My EMI’s is not deducted o time 05,dec2020 in-spite of sufficient balance. I also paid the installment through the dhani app .
they charging me overdue charges multiple times ,i raise complaint dhani support but they auto close my issue
I am trying to reach them for the clarification but no response. This has impacted my Cibil record and I feel frustrated since I wanted to pay the EMI on time but they aren’t deducting and I bringing to their notice from very long time.
Please resolve the issue at the earliest with high priority.please see the all attached proof
