On August 26, 2024, my daughter and I were supposed to fly from Chisinau to Belgrade. However, the flight was cancelled, and since then MyTrip has not refunded the money for our ticket. More than 60 days have passed, and the company’s representatives refuse to provide information about the refund, referring to the airline and stating that we have to wait.
I called them many times asking them to clarify the situation, but I never received any clear information. I paid for the ticket through My Trip, and now I can’t get my money, despite all my efforts.
