I placed order on 21st date got defective item which quality was not good.. then i did return request after which i come to return to give me a small box which was not same in my product. After so many calling customer care, an executive tells me that you have to courier it to the retailer. Why would I courier and I can’t find a solution.
They said you can do whatever we will not send any guy for return.
I will file case in consumer court if I don’t get quick solution.
