I received one shipment on COD amount 899 without ordering shipment . my friend collected as i was not in room and paid full amount considering i ordered this item .
I never order this item its just plastic sleeper which is just 100 rs value but courier fellow delivered item and taken money .
Kindly advise how to file complaint against this .
