I opened a position of XGC at price (buy long) 1982.6000 right then i couldn’t see my position nor the money was deducted from my assets. In the meantime the price was going down but i couldn’t close my position the price keep going down. i even bought another position at 1978.4000 even then the app was glitching at that time i tried contracting to the customer service which is integrated with the app. which keeps me in queue about 4/5 min and after the queue looks like a bot appears but gives no reply. I texted 5/10 times but got no reply. Tried this several times still nothing happened. After some times the price went down a lot and it was going up from then again but they deliberately closed my positions at total of 103$ loss. But it was so glitching that it was showing in history but in position it was showing my position is opened. I tried to close my position at a profit level but it says order doesn’t exist.
