On 7 Feb,
First they decucted RS 7.47 from my account by saying that
“Hello! Your How to Videos – 7 Days is activated. Amount charged is Rs 21.00 /- for 3Days. Renewal charge is Rs 49.00@1Week.” This message came on 2:23 A.M and at that time I was sleeping.
And then I called at their customer care, the lady to which I talked was saying that “We have refunded your RS 7.47” but which they not refunded + she was talking in such a rude way.
On 10 Feb,
They have deducted RS 7 another time by saying that
“Hello! Thank you for choosing to access contentDesc, You have been charged Rs. 7 Your balance is Rs. 15.3” This message came on 5:26 A.M and at that time I was sleeping.
Then how could I activate any service.
I have lost my RS 14.47 in this month
I have totally lost my RS 50-70 before also, due these kinds of service pack which I don’t even use and I don’t need them.
KINDLY PLEASE TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM!!!
I come form a middle class family but those whose financial condition is not good, they will not able to bear this decucted amount.
