I booked a VI postpaid sim through online and 1 guy came to my place and he delivered my sim to me and he asked that I have to pay 298 rs. For advance which this amount will be adjusted on your 1st bill.. so I paid him through upi. but it’s not happened so I called him that my bill has not been adjust please do the needful so he said that he will check and since I called so many time he is not picking my phone. So I called a customer care and explain everything so they raised a complaint but it’s been 7 days and my problem is not solved.
Please take a action against Vi.
