I had placed an order looking at the ad on my Facebook that lead me to your website Music ERA. The order I received is very different and is wrong from the order I placed. I am attaching photos or the actual order placed and the order I received… It does not match at all. I am charged ₹1599 for this and I feel cheated as they are promising something and delivering something different. I want my refund.
i ordered a combo(black-blue) ear buds rs.1599 bt they give me local headset. so i want to returned the product and want my full money refund .

I ordered ear pods but the supplied locally manufactured wired headset.
I have ordered for a different product and they have deliverd a wrong product .this app is fraud.DO NOT purchase anything from this app.thus is a FRAUD app
My case is the same as Prabhat Rajan . Even I had ordered earpods and they have delivered locally manufactured headset exactly the same headset that Mr.Prabhat received . That headset is not worth what I paid for. I opened the package and immediately called the delivery guy to return the amount as it is a wrong product that was delivered to me. The delivery guy said to return the product through the app I have ordered it. He said they cannot do anything and did not return my amount as well. I saw this product in INSTA and ordered.
Hi Bro, How did u pay to ur delivery partner .. if its through cod and if ur delivery status hasnt been updated its fine u go to ur delivery office and request them to refund back,
They are scammers the address given is not at all an address..
So better go to ur nearest delivery ofz and request them to give back ur money if u paid them through cod.
Note: this is only possible if the delivery status hasnt been updated by ur delivery partner
I have done the same today and I got the person’s personal num of the one who heads the bass guru..

If anyone orders the same in future from an unknown site please pay ur order amount through COD and just req ur delivery partner not to update the status or else its better you open infront of them, These team is totally scam..
