my plan was 99 rs I used to pay bill 117 rupees , last month i paid bill 129 that I paid , today I was about to pay the bill and bill is 234 , how come I did not done this much consumption, then I called 121 customer consultant and he said it’s your plan changed 99 to 199 , I asked how did u asked me to change my plan he said it’s changed by the airtel , how come they can change plan without customer agree on that or not , it’s the customer who have to pay, bloody hell it’s like scam they are theifs, it’s like taking money out of someone pocket without permission, this is rediculous , they are looting people, customer cunsultan was so rude he said your previous plan withdrawn and changed to this one , how come this is consumers costumers safety without customer agree on how can they change the plan , where is the policy
