I booked my ticket with flipkart for two way Toronto to Ahmedabad. I rescheduled my return flight Ahmedabad to Toronto from 21st Jan, 2022 to 23rd Feb, 2022 through Etihad Airlines On 17th Jan, 2022 @10:00am. I also paid charges ($264.17 CAD) for upgrading class (lower class was not available). As per ETIHAD AIRLINES my return flight (Ahmedabad to Toronto) was cancelled by my travel agency without my approval after rescheduling. Now, Etihad is asking to call my travel agency to fix this and they can’t do anything about this and Flipkart is not accepting that they cancelled the flight. I have been giving calls since 3rd Feb, 2022 to both of them but they are just putting this on each other. Even though I have paid for the ticket, one of them has cancelled the flight and denying me the same ticket or new ticket or boarding the flight. I don’t know what to do. I need to go to canada ASAP. I am not sure how to attach the ticket. my ticket PNR is HEYVBF (for ETIHAD) and booking reference is FF21053015409273 (for Flipkart). PLEASE HELP.
