Text of Complaint by Suprita:

I ordered an Airtel broadband connection (03315065344_wifi) and paid 5 months rent in advance but they cut the connection on 25th November,2023. And after filing complaint they called me and said this connection problem can’t be solved so they can’t provide me internet anymore. So then I asked for refund and they said this is an ARP plan (Advance Rental Plan) so refund can’t be processed the ammount I paid was non-refundable. Then they said the refund is possible only after the disconnection and after they take their router and the connection wire they provided. It’s quite obvious now to calculate their master plan that they’ll first take their connection wire and then not gonna pay me any money back. Where I paid for service, they didn’t provide me that PROPERLY so I’ve the right to claim my money. Also I faced and still facing the loss for 20days it’s been 20 days they stopped providing me internet and they now want to take their router and wire back first and disconnect so that they can easily say what they were saying “ARP plans aren’t refundable”. I want the refund first then they can disconnect and take their stuffs although these wire connection and router are useless at this point. But I want the refund first to make sure I get my refund.
