An advocate named Sagar Sharma has called me on 4th march around 4:20pm from this number(7478970677) and told me that a case was filed against me in 2017 and asked me to pay 7,510/- otherwise he will take action against me. Then I told him sir I need some time to pay that amount. But he said before 4:45pm you have to pay 7510/- at any cost otherwise he will send legal notice against me by 5:00pm via registered post. After that from another number (7478969572) he send me whatsapp message and gave me a bank account detail. That is A/C NUMBER- 31520100024397, IFSC CODE- BARB0AMROLI, BANK OF BARODA. When I disconnected the call he text me apne call cut kar diya. Okay not an issue wait for the legal action now. Around after 15 minutes I received a call from another number (9727180428) and he told me that he is calling from police station near my home address. And he is having my arrest orders; within an hour he is going to my home to arrest me. Then he told me advocate Sagar Sharma will be sending me a legal notice. When he will send you the legal notice you will receive a text message, then I received a text message from JM-ATVTSF. In that message so many things was there which I don’t understand, at last he has written please consider this notice and settle out the mediation 7478970677. On same day I received a email from [email protected]. In that email subject was FINAL WARNING LETTER COURT PAY ORDER (04-MARCH-2021). Email content was Herewith court has decide to take final action or payment of penalty amount that is Rs. 85,950/- in 3 days by you and present in arbitrary court otherwise Courts behold the right to take strict action against you. They are trying to harass me, please take action against them.
