We have group of 3 person, we have reached Le Roi Udaipur at 28/7/23.
And ask him to get room for 2 night including breakfast. As they reply 2500/- per night without breakfast and 3000/- with breakfast for per day.
Then after at 29/7/23 in the morning when we are reach for breakfast, they suddenly refuse and say that you have paid for without breakfast.
And there is no camera in the reception chamber. So how can any customer proves that they are right or wrong.
And they also don’t behave like a gentleman they using rough language also.
Worst experience ever. Please take legal action against.
They are gave us a bill, i have attached it here also.
You can see also they are inflated the price in the bill. They have taken 1200/- approximately for extra bed, don’t you think that for room they are taking 1700/- something and for extra they are taking 1200/- something. They are doing just to proof that they are taking 3000/- is right for without breakfast price.
I have also asked the person in the reception for calling a manager but they said that he is the manager itself. And they are saying there name as kamal singh, for confirmation i have asked him to show the ID proof for name but they declined it.
In the attachment you can show the GST number and other details of hotel as well.
