Text of Complaint by Samir Agarwal:

I shifted in the same building from 10th floor to 20th floor and they are not shifting the internet connection.  I am trying this from last one month. Airtel did it in one day. These guys are asking me to buy a new connection. I have paid for 6 months in advance and they are not ready to compensate the amount as well. They really suck. I wish some action could have been done for this arrogant nature of them. As a consumer I feel helpless and have no option but to pay them again for new connection. Truly sad.
