I added 12000rs in my flipkart wallet for purchase a smartphone in February. When I ordered a phone they cancelled this phone and they cancelled again and again. When I contacted customer care executive. She said that you can’t order any phone using this wallet balance and this balance can’t be transfer to your account. She said order other product from flipkart like camera and any thing else. But I need a smartphone nor than camera and clothes. When I ordered phone today they cancelled again my order. They are scamming me since 3 months. Please help me. I am teased by them since February. Please allow to order a phone.
