My poco X3 pro mobile was dead 15 days ago and it was under warranty..so on mi service center they told me that I will get replacement in 5-7 days and today it’s 15th day and still I haven’t got it yet…even they are behaving rudely with me..even they are not giving me the same model for replacement..so it’s under the company’s policy that they are giving any mi accessories for compensation but service centre is refusing to give it..and it’s under company’s policy that any replacements are done under 7-10 Max days but I haven’t got it yet
