Post there change in process, I wanted to opt out of the slice account and wanted to close the account even after paying them the dues. But, they have stopped responding to consumer complaints, nobody picks up the calls on customer support, no reply on the chat support part, and they are not closing the accounts at all. I have seen a number of posts on LinkedIn as well people tagging the company to shut their accounts so that the credit score doesn’t get affected but they don’t care. I am sick and tired of logging in complaint again and again to their customer support without any resolution.
