I have ordered an LG AC on 02/05/2022 and its order ID is OD124831373466422000. Flipkart delivered it on 11/05/2022.As per the details from Flipkart the installation date was on 13/05/2022, but the technicians from Jeeves(arranged by Flipkart) came on 18/05/2022. They holed my walls for the installation without examining the package of AC. But when they opened the package it was found that the size of the pipe in the package was large. The technicians said that they have applied for replacement of the product. But I didn’t got any updates even after a week. So I contacted customer care. But From the customer care I got an information that they didn’t got any replacement request. After One day they again called me and said that it is not possible for replacement and they advised refund. Flipkart customer care executive herself done the request for refund on 25/05/2022. As per the details from Flipkart the technician visit date was on 28/05/2022 and the date of refund was on 05/06/2022. I contacted the customer care many times, but didn’t got any correct answer of when will the come to pick up the defective product and when I will get the refund. Even the the official from LG service center said that they cannot do anything in this product and they are suggesting for replacement or refund. But Flipkart is not doing anything and I have to pay my second month EMI for this defective product. Also Lizards, Mosquitos etc. are getting inside the hole that was drilled by the technicians of Jeeves.
