I purchased an article from the Zara store on 11th July and returned that on 17th but it’s been around 2 months now since I didn’t get my refund. Whenever I visit the Zara Jaipur store, they told me to wait for more than 7 or 10 days but still, they don’t refund it. Please raise a complaint about them and try to contact them to give me my refund asap.
