I signed an agreement with Theresumesearch.com where i was asked to fill 600 resumes in a week, and failing to do so would put me under an obligation to pay them portal charge of Rs 6500 as a compensation towards non fulfillment of my work. Then i learned about this company being a fraud. I contacted them about my decision to discontinue. To which they asked me to pay the portal charges. I refused to pay the amount and then they started calling me frequently, mentally harassing and threating to sue me in gujarat court and get my adhar card and pan card blocked. Then they called me again and told that they will be sending me a legal notice and made me talk to their lawyer and HR.
