There was a due bill of Rs3999.7 shown on my flipkart account which was utility bill of Rs. 3340 fone in august 1st which I didn’t use. I only known about this bill in September because there was no information regarding this order to me from flipkart. This bill come from nowhere.
And there was a pay later EMI which I used on July 31st and a EMI of Rs. 642 was due and I paid 1284 as I completely paid that EMI. But flipkart doesn’t get it updated automatically so called the next day (September 6th) and informed that I paid and send the documents of the payment.
But still it’s not updated and they now added a Rs. 284 as late charges on me.
All this for a utility bill I didn’t use and a EMI I completely paid.
