I ordered a boat headphones, on the box its written that the accessories should contain a aux cable which was not provided.. when i asked for replacement amazon told me to wait for internal investigation after which they said they cannot give replacement because they sent proper sealed product. But the cable was missing the customer care was also rude and did not want to solve my issue.. i want a replacement
