Out of 3 complaints only 1 issue is resolved rest 2 issues are not resolved & still pending from last 1 & half months after several mails to customer care & escalation dept.
I was given false commitment that you will get scanning charges free for 2 service in a year. But charges are taken from me. No meaning to take membership from Geomechanic just to bypass the days.
At the time of getting delivery of my car I have shown issues to service buddy from Geomechanic for which they have appointed me that the issues are not resolved.
My complaints are as follows:-
1. Hand brake light glowing in speedo meter
2. Noise coming from front wheel.
3. Mileage problem
Next day again I went to show my car to geomechanic garage which they said to me that u have to change the bearings which I change but after changing both bearings the nosie was coming as it is. Mileage problem is not resolved still pending.
Payment was taken more for resolving the issue but only one issue resolved which was light glowing main issues are still pending.
