The technician came to install a new router for my neighbour and by giving some weird logic switched off my connection telling me it will be switched on in the next 15 minutes, now it is 2nd day and there is no internet connection. When I ask the technician he says he is now out of Pune and can not come(which is a typical excuse you get from an unprofessional and untrained person). This is his number – 9604272585 and this is his boss number 9604413441 (both giving some lameduck excuses)
I raised an issue with customer care and they say someone will come, and gave me a time slot which was 4 hrs back and no one came yet. All this to just switch on one switch which they switched off somewhere in their wire-chamber outside my house.
I am not sure how many more excuses I will get for someone to come to the society and switch on a single switch.
