I was checking my cibil score and found there where 2 account in active under my name. Whereas I have only 1 active account which is for ICICI credit card and the other EARCPL which I have not applied or taken any loan from the same. But still that is showing as I have taken 10000 rupees loan and 3506 rupees is still pending. Which is not related to me .
But still it is reflecting in my cibil and impacting the cibil score.
Please look into this and correct it by taking action.
Or else let me know which bank is that or application it is related to.
