From all the resources it just says contact 121 regarding Safe Custody procedure. If we call 121 and enter the Dongle 10 digit number they just say OOPS this is wrong input. Airtel does not give proper response or acknowledgement even after talking to outlet people. Nor nodal officer is responding. They purposely do not generate SR number through 121 and .. still ask for SR number while contacting Nodal officer number.
Strict action should be taken against such fraud and cheater people, just adverstising that we will not stop till we answer all question (First log the questions in the system then only you can answer)
