I have been trying to find problems to many of the problems which I face with JIO Fiber but they dont have any Customer care shop nor we are reachable to any of the senior authorities.
On call center as well as mail I receive monotonous replies
I have placed a engineer vist request yesterday morning and the customer care is just giving me diffrent time and date on which the eng will visit but the eng has not yet visited
Kindly let me know where should i go and whom should i speak since there is no authoritive person of jio whom i can complain
