Dear sir/madam,
I’m sorry to tell this, I’m using world’s bad or worst network especially in my hometown. Unlucky ly airtel itself mentioning India’s biggest or best network.
Actually my hometown is urban town but we are facing too much of network issues from past 12 years especially with data. There’s no proper network coverage from past 12 years. There is no 3g network atleast, Calling many times to customer care as well as raising many request in airtel open network option but no response or development.
Customer care people were rejecting calls after waiting plenty of minutes..
It’s too bad to tell it’s a worst network.. please rectify this issue unless I’ll complaint to Trai as well as consumer forum..
