I have recharged my account on 18th June, since then no connection, not even single channel is broadcasting. Only Tatasky home/Marketing channels are working nothing else. Few channels shows pairing error and rest asking to subscribe though I have paid for it.
I have complained to your support team many times but no action has been taken, you team is good in just saying words but no results. I frustrated with the customer service response, for each and every one of them I have to explain the problem, finally I will get the response saying that it will get resolved with in 24 hours. For tatasky 24 hours means 1 year it seems. (FYI,Chat References : “0001HaEFW8XFAYD4” & “0001HaEFW8XF808J”, there were many but no use).
On 23rd june I got the call from +91 – 20 7100 4500, he introduced as Arjun, senior director and promised me within 24 hours issue will be solved but till now no response. Imaging, if senior director is like this then how will be the executive level employees.
