Dear Sir,
i had booked a flight ticket for my big brother. the tickets amount was 18580/- .the amount got debited as the transaction was successful. and then after sometime they sent me a mail that the tickets are cancelled and the amount debited would be refunded back in 7 to 10 working days. The amount was debited on 23th sep 2022. its been more than a month and my amount has still not been refunded. Please sir take some actions against this scam and help us get our refunds .i checked the reviews on other sites and found out that there are hundreds of people like me that have been scammed and are struggling for refund.
