Whom I asked about the trading information.
He/She said we are doing binary trading.
In which I will invest your money and then you will get profit in which he/she said multiple offers are there.
He said to invest 10K and I will get 32K.
After lots of discussion on fraud and scam and trust he said you can file complaint if it is not legal.
I trusted him and send 10K on this number 7848011094(piyush patro)
He/She said within 15 mins I will get money he/She did not mention any terms and conditions and about not refundable amount.
then after 15 mins his reply came as : “””Congragulation i have already invested your money which is 10K in bitcoin and your profit is ready 32K
Now you have to pay a security deposit amount of ₹20K, but do not worry this money will be refunded to you .So pay ₹20k more and get ₹32K + ₹20K +₹18K bonus = ₹70K After you pay ₹20K, then the total amount which is ₹70K will be immediately transferred to your account.
then i said “I don’t understand why shd i pay security deposit for my money when it is credited to your account and this was never discussed earlier
Why dont u simply transfer 32k amount to my account immediately
Then i quoted “Can you please explain me bit more what is the process that entitles you to pay security deposit and why wa it not told to me before
How can i trust you now when you hid these things with me earlier
The Model Tenancy Act prescribes a cap on the amount of security deposit to be accepted from every investor which is a maximum of double the amount of investing amount
Trading and Tenancu act, something fishy i what i felt and expressed my view and he/she said this works something similar, which i didnt agree and said, i am not interested in any investment in which way you are talking, could you please refund the amount that invested, however i am now being ignored and being left in a lurch
