I was checking my CIBIL report as I got an update stating that there is change in my CIBIL score. On Viewing my CIBIL report it Showed that there is an Active loan With Transactree which is been active since March 2023. Amount Showing is 12000 and paid amount was 2222. I have never taken such loan. I want to get this loan account cancelled. I am even ready to pay of the loan amount so as to save my Cibil Score from falling even further.
