on 8th April there was purchase of a LED TV in flipkart via flip kart pay later account .. actually it was not done by me somehow it was happened, flipkart authorities called me and asked me a OTP about account confirmation in Hindi language actually am not capable to understand the language so I thought it was for account updation and I told them my OTP then I checked my flipkart, I realized that there was a purchase of TV and that OTP was for that. immediately I cancelled the order before bank approval, and filed complaint in flipkart account also. the customer care service called me and told me that the order is not confirmed by the bank so there is no purchase my flipkart pay later account debit will be OK in 24 hours but it was not credited till the 19th may..and the bank calling me continuously for the repayment of that amount actually that order was not confirmed by the bank and there is no purchases also but the authority says that i should pay the amount with penalty interest .. help me to rectify this problem
