But as advised by customer care toll free no. 9026655551 on 8-12-2022 , it is already given in the service center , so we have to collect it first from the centre then itself we can show the video
(also because the service center is asking for huge amount approx. 50% of the product value)

1813272 order is refunded in VLE wallet but we want it back in our credit card immediately
already 15 days are over it should refund back in 10 days
2 problem
1809116 order is not working after two use , kindly resolve the problem (please note we do not asking for refund we are asking to take it back, test & repair and send it back) as it is in the warranty period, kindly do not advise to repair from service center because we had already shared you the problem from the service centre

Please try to understand our problem :-(there are two different orders, one ordered item is not working after two use and second order was cancelled and amount is still in VLE wallet and we want its refund back in our ICICI credit card)
We are not asking for refund
we are asking to refund of VLE wallet amount 12699 (against order 1813272 order) back in our ICICI credit card as we do not want to purchase any item from VLE now
because one of our purchased item against order No. 1809116 order is not working after two use and no support from your side
