Dear Tata sky…
It is very shameful to say u that there are no response regarding to change my set top box SD to HD. I have already been 4 times call to your call centre. They are saying that we put your request into priority. But from Sunday to till today (Wednesday) they don’t give any response regarding my request.
It is very bad experience from ur service centre. Please give me positive response… Otherwise I will move to another dish set top box.
I hope you will give attention to my request.
