Every month i used to recharge my grandma, last year plan was below 40rs and this year it is 49rs and now from yesterday plans are changed, for basic validity for 28 days is 79rs with 64rs talktime and 200mb data. Will my grandma use the data? No right. Her pension is 2000rs per month. Her husband (my grandpa) is paralyzed, they don’t any other income. How can people like poor income can afford those recharge plans? Do they need to spend their entire money for food or for recharges? What kind of businesses is this? Not every family is joint family or rich to afford these kind of wastages.

And these kind of plan is started on all networks not only in one. Please think of all people not only people who can afford these kind of charges. Take proper action for such these kind of issue. It should not effect old and poor people.
