Hi,
I have purchased 3 denim shirts from the oneday.in and they have delivered very bad material clothes which are not at all of denim quality. I have been trying to reach them through mail for a refund, but the mail ID given on their website is invalid and the mail is returned.
Further, I also tried to reply to the mail they had sent to confirm their order, even that is being returned. I am not able to contact the logistics company as well – Ekart logistics, but I am not able to reach them either.
I am helpless now, and I have no other option but to file a complaint with the Cyber crime and consumer court to get the money back.
Please suggest solutions that might work, if any.
