We had pending electricity bill I agree but how can it show consumption of electricity while their was no one living in flat and their was no use of electricity.
I live their on rent. In April lockdown I ce home their was 4000 rupees bill pending and now it gone to 5520 I mean is charge for late payment. I don’t think so last I also paid late but their was no such thing. Also 2 month flat was locked. Main switch were off still got consumption readings.
