I want to report a felony offense of theft of money that occurred from my TataSky Account.
On June 24th 2021, I was informed that TataSky has been charging my account for a service which was not authorized or requested by me, for over a year, from 2020. This is a serious offense of breach of trust and breach of authority to use the account holders’ funds in ways pleasing to TataSky.
Additionally I have observed that TataSky has failed to provide me services in full for the amount charged by TataSky. That is, on May 29th 2021 there was a recharge done for my account for a monthly pack, and on 21st June 2021 the services were deactivated for no fault of mine even before 30 days was over.
This is a clear theft of money and TataSky is liable for payment of looted money and is liable to fulfill their obligations of providing me service in full, for the whole month.
I instruct TataSky to refund my unauthorized money charged and resume my service immediately without delay.
