My AWB no is 285182566343517, First of all their courier person called me to enquire about my address at 7-15 pm, then told me he is nearby and coming, after 5-7 minutes he came infront house and called and was rude and told why I was not out waiting because he has to do duty while it’s raining, I had a confrontation with him regarding this ( It’s their company’s duty to provide him raincoat , it’s not my duty to wait outside in rain). Secondly, He refused to accept the return parcel, because he said he could see some space while bending my headphone wire at the microphone joint,at the moment he phoned one of company’s employee regarding the issue, I told him to take photos and send it to his higher authority, he took the photos and sent it via whatsapp to the employee, and after seeing the photos, his higher authority said it’s ok, and he received my order, after that I asked for a receipt copy and both denied it, said it’s not possible. After receiving the product at around 9:30 one of the employee called me from the number- 7364056243, another rude one and tells me my product is damaged and they could not see it well in dark( courier person entered my house, there was a tubelight and I also put on my mobile flash light to see it clearly), And while I am writing this email, I have received a message saying product pick up not done as it don’t match the description. I hope proper action would be taken because it’s a case of theft because I received the message product pick up was not done, while it was actually done.
