On 7/01/2023 i had order Steve Madden loafers on Ajio ( Order Id – EX0018773112) It was a size small so I tried to exchange it on ajio.
On 17/01/2023 the order was exchanged by Ajios delivery partner (Delhivery) Tracking Id – 195041133267515
But the smaller loafer was collected from me and a wrong package was delivered to me. It was a bluetooth speaker which was supposed to be delivered in the nearby area.
I have paid Rs 5874.13 to Ajio for the loafer. The loafer was never delivered to me. I request you to look into this and refund my money.
I have tried to apply for a refund numerous times before this and also called the customer care regarding this but it was of no use.
I have emailed ajio customer care numerous times but they just say share more photos. I have shared all the images of the product.
