Dear Sir/Madam,
I ordered for shiva wall hanging from thecomincstore.in (Instagram) through their direct website on January and made the online payment too. My order of is TCS12637. The actual delivery time they promise is 1 month. It went beyond, then we started messaging them through insta messenger, that is the only way to contact them. They dint respond. Later started the lockdown. They gave excuse because of lockdown. Even after the lockdown is lifted they are not responding about my product. It’s been almost 7 months and no proper response from their side. Kindly take action and help me solve the issue.
