Hi, I have had a terrible movie experience from illam cinemas, pandikkad. The screen quality is really bad there. Some images appear as blurred and also night visuals of any movies can’t be seen properly. The amount of darkness is huge in screen. When I complained at theatre they refused to accept it justified it saying i am the only complainer. I had watched same movies from different theatres and had better experience for lesser money than they charge at illam cinemas.
