There are two things to complaint
1. Online ticket charges are with additional fee GST 18% which is much more according to urban area .
2.Theatre snacks shop is not allowing out side food and in mean while they charge for any item purchase is taking extra Rs 5 for example if a kurkure packet Rs 20 is being charged 25 and a cold drinks Rs 40 is being charged 45 . There many people facing extra charge issue please resolve it.
