I wanted to watch Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning Part 1 so I looked on BMS (Book My Show) and the ticket was available for the same at Gold cinemas, Santacruz (E), Mumbai. Since during online booking there’s additional tax so I decided to come here and buy the ticket offline.
I came here to attend 12:45 pm show on Friday. It was raining but I was excited and eager to watch this movie. I travelled by rickshaw from my place just to watch this movie. But i was told by the ticket counter staff that the show has been cancelled since only few people have booked the show. This is totally not fair. Please help me get resolution for this.
