i am jagannadh using realme xt 8/128 gb variant mobile, on 8/06/2022 my mobile display is damaged and went to near by realme authorized center in srikakulam at the time of 12.50pm on the day of 8th june 2022 and they said me that it will be completed before 6.00pm on same day but they handover me at evening 7.30pm and i paid amount of 7753/- including GTS and chargers and the service given by them is worst and lot of my precious time is wasted again they didn’t properly fixed the front camera again they said to wait for 30 minutes i refused, again they said to visit next day. and i visited next day evening time and they fixed the camera but they didn’t fixed the back case of mobile properly and again i went on Friday evening and they fixed the issue but at the same day night the back case of mobile one side is popped out because of the back case i cant use my mobile properly. continuously i visited three days by line for one issue and they gave me mobile with multiple issues and i contacted to real me support on Saturday on 12.48pm. They assured that problem will be resolved with in 48hrs but they didn’t and myself called to realme some chat support people are also not responded well. I want to take action on the realme for not providing a good service to their genuine customer and i want my right for the valuable time and my efforts.
