Text of Complaint by Bhanusri:

I’m not sure how unprofessional one system can work ,i was asked to change my sim card 3moths ago and advised to change from prepaid to postpaid by the Vodafone store staff. they informed me that i can change from postpaid to prepaid if required post the payment for that month which i did amount of 470 .Staff member asked me to buy a new sim card to activate the prepaid services on 4th of april she promised that the service would activate in 3 working days .I went to store again on 16th april because the service was still inactive .She asked me to revisit after paying the bill for the month .As it was clear she didn’t had much knowledge about the services she was providing to customers ,i had to visit to different store on 19th he informed that it would take 120days to activate from postpaid to prepaid .

Customer Care : We raised multiple complaints with the customer care team and the only response i could ever get it will get back to you in 24hrs which never happened until we called them back .every complaint they closed without any consult of me .

As per them their managers and team leaders doesn’t work at all because everytime we ask them to transfer a call to higher authority  — ” MAM they’re not available ”   ……

Its been 25 days to resolve 1 issue awesome team and services ……….
