The worst service I have never seen from any agent, They issued two side ticket (DMM to COK) (COK to DMM) after two days they cancelled one side tickets (COK to DMM) without my conformation and knowledge did not even refund me. When i called the airline to changing the return tickets dates of my travel, The airline informed me that my booking is been cancelled by the gent(Mytickets.ae). After informing “My tickets” they did not take any action and did not refund even have the ethics to reply to us on our concern.
