The wire of jio fiber was demaged on 11.12.2020, I lodged a complaint , I was asked by customer care person that service engineer will reach on 12.12.2020 between 12.noon to 3pm, but no one come until 10pm, meanwhile I called three more times to customer care that continue to say we will solve the issue. I am having 999 plan + Gst total goes around 1150 per month. Deeply sad about service of jio fiber company.
