When I purchased the sim card it was free for life time, and now suddenly idea has decided to stop the out going calls, which is unfair. I have sufficient balance still this kind of scam from a big company like idea was not expected. I am going to port my number to JIO. I have 8 idea sims in my family, I will port all of them, not only mine but all my friends and family members are going to port.
Idea is not so customer friendly it seems.
